Shipping & Returns Policy

The Ignite is proud to offer rapid delivery services in Melbourne & Sydney, catering to your needs for nangs, cream whippers, and a variety of party and baking needs. Depending on your location, our delivery times are estimated to range from 20-60 minutes.

• We offer 100% refunds guaranteed if the product hasn’t been received with 90 minutes.

• Once you have requested a refund as long as our driver is >30 minutes away from your destination, you’ll receive all your money back guaranteed, excluding the delivery fee.

Returns for Received Products

If you change your mind and decide to return your order, we’ve got you covered! You have the option to have a driver come and collect the products from your location (a return fee will apply) or you can bring the products to our warehouse for an exchange.

Returned products MUST be un-opened and resalable e.g., no damage to the packaging.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

For a refund on received products deemed faulty, please submit a case of what the issue is to us to review. Once confirmed, we will do either of the following three options depending on your location and the volume of order we have at the current time.

1. We will organise the package to be collected from you, once confirmed, you will receive a full refund on the faulty or incorrect product and/or an exchange for the product (this option is only possible if it’s reported within an hour after the delivery and our driver is close by & we aren’t experiencing a high volume of orders)

2. You’ll be given our warehouse address, to where you can post us the faulty product, at our expense. Once received and confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund on the faulty or incorrect product, including the cost of re-delivery.

3. The Ignite can organise an exchange for the faulty product + extra freebies for the inconvenience with your next order.

For replacements and refunds for received items – we ask for 48 hours to open a case with us.


For products that are returned in accordance with this Shipping & Returns Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return package.
