I tested a number of other brands, including iSi, BestWhip, PureWhip, and several more, and they all contained white, yellow oils with gasket fragments in the cream. Unless you want to hurt yourself, avoid purchasing a different brand.

Ezywhip Cream Whipper is compatible with any 7.5g, 8g and 8.4g cream charger nitrous oxide (N2O). Nitrous Oxide (N2O) also acts as a natural anti-biotic so the cream stays fresh in the whipper for up to 10 days if kept in a fridge.
